The Problem
For two decades, Al Ruayah's reputation lived in handshakes, referrals and repeat clients,
everywhere except online.
Since the mid-2000s, Al Ruayah has walked founders through the hardest part of doing business in the UAE: trade licenses, PRO services, residency visas, attestations. The paperwork that decides whether a company exists or doesn't. Restaurants, tech firms, hypermarkets and automotive businesses all came the same way: someone who trusted them told someone else to.

How every client actually arrived: a phone call from a friend of a client
Every day, a founder somewhere in the UAE searched "business setup in Sharjah", and found everyone except the firm their friends would have recommended.
That gap had a cost. In a category crowded with bold promises and same-day-license ads, having no website doesn't read as humble, it reads as absent. Al Ruayah's experience was real, their process was cleaner than most, and their clients stayed for decades. But online, none of that existed. The trust was earned; there was simply no proof anyone could point to.
The Solution
We built Al Ruayah's first website around the way trust actually forms: proof first, promises second.
We avoided the usual corporate-services template and began with the client's job to be done: "make my company legal without me losing sleep." Twenty years of expertise took centre stage. The service maze was distilled into four clear verticals: business setup and licensing, PRO and government services, UAE residency and documentation, and Schengen visas. each answering "is this for me?" at a glance.

Homepage hero: "From Vision to Reality Across the United Arab Emirates"
Real client stories: restaurants to hypermarkets, told in their words
Service verticals: four cards, zero confusion

Mobile-first: most enquiries happen between government counters
WORD OF MOUTH, BUT NOW ON THE RECORD
The copy skips the legalese. Every claim is grounded in something checkable, such as years in operation, the industries served, and reviews that consistently mention realistic timelines and no last-minute surprises. Clients kept naming the same person, Rafi, so we kept him in the story: people trust a person before they trust a firm.

The Outcome
The firm that ran on word of mouth can finally be found, checked and contacted at any hour, from anywhere.
Al Ruayah now shows up the way it deserves to: a credible, current presence that holds its own against firms ten times louder. When a referral hears the name, there is somewhere to look. When a founder compares options at midnight, the twenty years of history are right there, with a WhatsApp thread one tap away.
A first-ever digital presence that matches two decades of offline credibility
Four service verticals a stranger can navigate in under a minute
Client testimonials working as a permanent, public referral network
One-tap WhatsApp enquiry from every section, on every device
